A Chia Pudding is always a great alternative for breakfast, lunch or a healthy snack. And adding GUTsy Captain Kombucha makes it even healthier, functional and delicious.

Ingredients
4 tbsp chia seeds.
200ml vegetable oat drink.
50ml
GUTsy Captain Kombucha Passion Fruit or G
UTsy Captain Kombucha ZERO Passion Fruit.
2 tsp agave syrup.
Pulp of 6 passion fruit (4 + 2).
Fig, to decorate.
Procedure
1 – Place the chia seeds, the vegetable drink, the GUTsy Captain Kombucha, the agave syrup, and the pulp of 2 passion fruit in a bowl or a wide jar. Engage well, let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes and wrap it up again.
2 - Cover the bowl (or the bottle) and reserve in the fridge until it consolidates (about 1h30 to 2h).
3 - At the end of this time, cut slices of fig, place them inside the bowls where the chia pudding will be served.
4 - First put the passion fruit pulp (2 passion fruit per dose) and on top the chia pudding.
5 - Sprinkle grated coconut and raw cocoa nuggets.
