Ingredients for the base:
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup oat flakes
- pinch of salt
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1 cup cashews, previously soaked
- 1 can coconut milk, solid white part
- 1 cup GUTsy Captain Kombucha Raspberry
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup agave
Preparation:
1 - In a food processor, crush the dates with the oat flakes and a pinch of
salt until you get a coarse flour.
2 - Press in a mold to form the base of the Semifrio and reserve.
3 - Now to make the filling, combine all the ingredients in a food processor and
mix everything for a few minutes until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
4 - Pour the filling into the mold with the base.
5 - Place the Semifrio in the freezer for at least 4 hours to solidify.
Decorate with more raspberries and it's ready to eat!
